Forward Thinking Regulator

The decisions and actions we take are based on the best interests of all stakeholders as provided by the law and internal policies.

Simple Tax System

With NO Company or Income Tax Vanuatu is an easy place to do business. The gaming industry is also exempt from VAT and the latest winfall for the small operator in the interactive gaming arena, is that the deal with Latrobet and the Pay Per Head Restricted Licence, now sees taxes included in the software agreement. Making complience obligations simple to achieve.

Cost Effective

We provide several licensing models. We understand that startups operators become blue chip operators if given the chance to grow. With this in mind, through a partnership with Latrobet Pay Per Head we are the first Juridiction to adopt a per head licensing fee, giving operators the oportunity to migrate to a licended Jurisdiction without the burden of prohibitive costs.
